ABOUT ME

Skilled Administrative Support Professional with 14 Years Experience
I am an executive assistant in a manufacturing company for 14 years now. My duties involve managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, acts as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory, format information for internal and external communications - memos, emails, reports, screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, organize and maintain the office filing system, and junior bookkeeping.
In order to further my skills in the digital age, I took up freelancing courses under the Filipino Virtual Assistant Academy where I learned many skills from social media management and marketing, website creation and optimization, online writing and SEO.
